Loved the atmosphere, lighting, food and service was fantastic! We had the King Salmon dip to start off with. For our entrees we had steak and frites and shrimp scampi. It hit all the right spots. We will be back.

despite arriving 30 minutes early to the reservation, we were seated right away. our server, Skylar, was wonderful. service was quick and kind. we made it in time for our ticketed event right after. the bolognese was flavorful but could have used a pinch of salt. the noodles tasted so fresh. the steak was a perfect medium rare with the fat buttery and delicious. perfect Negroni too fries needed salt.

This restaurant is located inside the Marriott hotel that’s close to the convention center in downtown Seattle. It’s upscale, clean, love the quiet relaxed atmosphere. The customer service was excellent, the food delicious (I ordered the Alder & Ash breakfast, my friend ordered the West Coast Toast) and the aesthetic is so elegant. The menu is simple but I was happy I was able to order a mimosa. They also have a small breakfast buffet available until 11am. This is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

We loved the pork shoulder dish with orzo pasta (I forgot what it was called). I think that was our favorite dish of the night. For the appetizer, we were expecting the salmon dip to be served hot, but it was cold. We kind of wanted to have the cheesy texture for a dip, but it was still good and flavorful.

I visited Alder & Ash while I was in Seattle for a convention. I stayed at the hotel where the restaurant is located, so it was very convenient. My party had four people. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the staff were super friendly. I don’t have a big appetite, so I ordered the chickpea hummus with sourdough, and it was fire—so tasty and fresh! I also got a side of pilaf, and it was very good. The flavor was just right, and everything was well-cooked. Overall for the first experience, I had a great time at Alder & Ash. I would go again and highly recommend it to others visiting Seattle!

The pozole, poke and cheesecake perfection! Personable and responsive staff, convenient location for downtown activities. While many people were clearly enjoying leisurely meals and drinks, we let our server know we were crunched a bit on time. They did great making sure we were in and out within an hour.

This is an American restaurant with American-sized portions. Friendly and efficient service even at busy times. Staff who always keep your water glass filled too

This is a really beautiful lounge, the furniture is so plush and comfy. Came for HH before an event at the Paramount. Food options were really good. Hh drinks were tasty also. Servers were very attentive. We would definitely come back here again.
